A couple years ago, Mike signed a contract for a sketchbook. He began work on it immediately... in fact it was over halfway complete. This was Mike's cover art for it. But then, inexplicably, the publisher just stopped returning Mike's calls and emails. Mike considers the contract void now.
The sketchbook will eventually get done.. Mike's waiting for either some free time to publish it himself, or to hook up with a publisher who actually "gets" what a unique vision he has.
